The service

Pitaya is a macOS application that captures meetings on your Mac and generates transcripts and AI summaries. It requires macOS 13 or later on Apple Silicon. Features described on this website reflect the product as it ships today and may change as the product develops.

Your account and your content

You keep ownership of the meetings you record and of the transcripts and summaries Pitaya generates from them. You grant us only the permission needed to process that content in order to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accounts and devices you use to access Pitaya, and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pitaya to record conversations you are not legally allowed to record, to violate someone else's rights, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Trial and payment

Pitaya includes 3 hours of recorded meetings at no cost and without a credit card. After that, continued use requires a paid plan. Plans are billed in Brazilian reais at the prices shown on the pricing section of this site, and you can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless the law requires it.

Availability

We work to keep Pitaya available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Automatic transcription and AI summaries can contain mistakes, and you should not rely on them as the sole record of a decision that matters.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pitaya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Pitaya and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why when we do.
