Your meetings, inside your AI tools
Pitaya has an MCP server. Connect it once and Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code can read your meeting summaries, notes, action items and transcripts when you ask.
- "What did I agree with João last week?"
- "List my open action items from this week."
- "I have a call with Acme tomorrow. Brief me using our last three meetings."
- "Take yesterday's interview transcript and fill in a scorecard."
- In Claude Code: "Read today's planning meeting and open the issues we talked about."
Before you start
You need a Pitaya account with at least one recorded meeting. Meetings reach the MCP after the desktop app syncs them, which usually takes a few seconds after the call ends. The MCP works during the free trial too.
Server URL:
https://mcp.usepitaya.com/mcpConnect
In claude.ai or Claude Desktop, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. Paste the server URL and click Add. Claude opens a Pitaya page where you sign in and allow access. On Team and Enterprise plans an admin may need to add the connector first.

| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| list_meetings | Lists your meetings, newest first. Filter by date range or context. |
| get_meeting | Returns one meeting's summary, your notes and its action items. |
| get_transcript | Returns the transcript in pages, with timestamps and who spoke (you or them). |
| search_meetings | Searches titles, summaries, notes and action items. Can search transcripts too, which is slower. |
| list_action_items | Lists action items across meetings, open by default. |
| list_folders | Lists your contexts and how many meetings each one has. |
| list_templates | Lists built-in and custom templates. |
| get_account | Shows your plan and how much of the trial you have used. |
The server also offers three prompts, meeting_prep, weekly_recap and open_action_items. In Claude they show up in the attachment menu.
Every tool is read-only today. The AI can't edit, delete or share your meetings through the MCP.
Privacy
Pitaya only gives the AI tool the meetings it asks for, and only after you allow access. What happens next depends on the tool you connected: its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Anysphere and so on) processes that content under its own terms.
The transcript lists speakers as "You" and "Them". Pitaya doesn't send participant names because it doesn't know them.
You can see and revoke every connection at usepitaya.com/en/connect. Revoking takes effect on the next request. Deleting your Pitaya account removes all connections and tokens.
Limits
Each connection can make 60 requests per minute and 5,000 per day. Long transcripts come back in pages of up to 40,000 characters, and the AI asks for the next page when it needs more.
Troubleshooting
"Meeting not found"
The meeting may still be syncing. Open the Pitaya app, wait a few seconds and try again.
The client keeps asking you to sign in
The connection was revoked or expired. Remove the connector and add it again.
Search misses something you know is there
Search reads titles, summaries, notes and action items. Ask the AI to include transcripts, or name the date of the meeting.
FAQ
Can the AI start or stop a recording?
No. Recording happens in the desktop app, and the MCP only reads meetings you've already recorded.
Does using the MCP count against my 3 free hours?
No. The free hours count recorded audio only.
Can I connect more than one tool?
Yes. Each one gets its own connection, and you can revoke them one at a time.
